The live event "Ordinary Music" is looking for performers!
A Thought-Provoking Dissonance That Naturally Seeps Out - Ordinary Yet Tender Music That Truly Belongs to Everyday Life!
We host a monthly live event in a wooden two-story live house, almost every third Saturday.
Through a melting pot of bookings, we hope to create an event where you can experience performances that you wouldn't usually listen to or encounter. Yet, when you see them live, you might find yourself unexpectedly moved or intrigued by the diverse perspectives expressed on stage.
While live music is the main focus, we welcome all kinds of performances, including theater, comedy skits, readings, DJing, VJing, stand-up comedy, RAKUGO, dance, street performances, live painting, performance art, and more! The only rules are:
- No disturbing the neighbors
- No damaging the venue
- No excessive mess (performers must restore the space to its original state)
We also welcome participants from outside the prefecture and even from abroad!
Additionally, we're looking for people who can contribute in various ways, such as:
- Creating flyer illustrations
- Writing about the event
- Spreading the word on social media
- Taking photos and videos on the event day
If you're interested, please get in touch with NEONHALL—let’s share the stage together!
We also run a bar on Wednesdays, so dropping by for a chat might be the quickest way to connect. (Closed on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.)
We’d love for you to experience the "Ordinary Music" vibe firsthand by visiting one of our events at NEONHALL.
Looking forward to seeing you!
